Empowering Outdoor Adventure

Wildlike's New Retro Comic-Inspired T-Shirts

Wildlike’s upcoming t-shirt collection celebrates the strength, grit, and adventurous spirit of women in outdoor sports. Inspired by retro comic book art, these designs capture the energy, challenges, and triumphs of outdoor athletes in a way that feels both dynamic and personal.

Comic books are a natural medium for storytelling. Their bold visuals and dramatic style create an immediate sense of action, emotion, and narrative. For this collection, I wanted to tap into that unique ability to tell a story at a glance. Each design celebrates the adventurous spirit of mountain bikers, kayakers, and climbers, transforming their journeys into moments of heroism that jump off the fabric.

These shirts represent more than just outdoor activities—they reflect the stories and strength of women who embrace challenges, push boundaries, and thrive in the outdoors. As a small, growing brand, Wildlike's goal is to connect art with adventure while celebrating diversity and representation in outdoor spaces.

Representation Matters
One of the most rewarding aspects of this collection is its focus on representation. Seeing other women thriving in outdoor spaces has been a huge source of inspiration for me personally, and I hope these designs spark that same feeling for others. Whether it's mountain biking, kayaking, or climbing, the images we see matter—and so does making space for everyone to feel welcome and empowered.

What’s Next?
In upcoming posts, I’ll be diving into the specific outdoor locations that inspired these designs, like Colorado’s rugged bike trails, Tennessee’s rivers, and Arkansas' climbing spots. I’m also looking forward to showcasing the stories of other outdoor athletes and how they’ve motivated me to keep creating.

Wildlike is about more than just clothing—it’s about celebrating the outdoors and the people who make it special. Together, we can keep building a community that’s inclusive, adventurous, and unafraid to explore.

Stay tuned for more stories and more ways to keep it wild.
